"After looking online for houses for sale near Bergerac, I came across Joanna's video of a delightful old house for sale in a village close to Bergerac. Joanna made clever use of film footage depicting life in SW France, made a brief tour of the village to list its attractions, and then showed a fairly detailed walk-through of the house, floor by floor. She included plans of the floor layouts, and also of a possible conversion to flats. It was possible to slow the video down and look at details within the village, and inside the house, which gave a far better perspective than any of the few photographs usually used to advertise other houses on sale. By the time I actually viewed the house in person, I felt I had been able to get a very good impression of what to expect, and I was not disappointed. The video is also a great reminder of the original condition of the house, prior to commencement of the current renovations. For me, Joanna's video was a great marketing tool.
